The BERYWAM name, logos, music, videos and texts are the property of their respective owners. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
Personal data
Contact form. Your name, email address and message are only used to reply to you. They are sent by email to BERYWAM through the Resend service and are not stored on this website.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by Kit (ConvertKit LLC, United States) to send you BERYWAM news. Your subscription only becomes active once you confirm it via the link sent by email. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. This data may be transferred to the United States.
Spam protection. The contact and newsletter forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a human is sending the message without using advertising cookies.
Audience measurement. Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie banner. It then sets the “_ga” and “_ga_*” cookies, kept for 13 months at most, to produce visit statistics; advertising features are disabled. This data may be transferred to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework. Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months. You can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page: refusing deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Video. The thumbnail of the latest video is loaded from YouTube's servers. The YouTube player is only loaded if you click the video, from youtube-nocookie.com; YouTube (Google) may then set cookies.
Language. If you switch language, a “lang” cookie remembers your choice for one year. It is strictly necessary and does not require consent.
Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us through the contact form. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
